RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FORM

The consumer has the right to cancel any contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of fourteen days.

The consumer, once exercised his right of withdrawal, and having communicated to the supplier, has another 14 days to deliver the goods to the supplier.

The supplier, on receipt of the notification of withdrawal, has fourteen days to send back the money to the customer.

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised, unless otherwise agreed, in the case of provision of services if performance begins - in agreement with the consumer - the first ten days, for the supply of goods or services related to the financial market, or of goods and services, to products that are protected by copyright (audiovisual products and software , for example) that have been opened by the consumer in the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
